📋 Description

• As part of an agile team, you support our bank clients in meeting their regulatory requirements within Controlling (management control). • In client projects, you accompany banks in the implementation of the VR‑Control modules for market price risk management and provide consulting on technical and business controlling topics. • Your responsibilities also include taking on operational controlling tasks as part of our outsourcing services. • You actively contribute to the further development of our consulting and outsourcing services as well as the underlying processes. • As the primary contact for the banks, you maintain direct client relationships — the customer is always at the center of your actions. • Multi‑day, nationwide project work and a willingness to travel of approximately 120 days per year are a matter of course for you.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training (e.g., bank clerk) with many years of relevant professional experience, or you hold a degree in business administration, economics or a related field with several years of relevant experience. • You possess solid banking expertise, ideally with a focus on controlling applications for market price risk management. • You are familiar with banks' controlling processes, in particular those of cooperative banks. • A strong IT affinity helps you implement solutions efficiently. • You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2). • Strong communication and presentation skills, assertiveness and a high solution- and result-orientation complete your profile.
