📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical expert on Navy and shipboard testing requirements • Provide guidance on MIL-STD-167, MIL-STD-901 and MIL-STD-461 • Review and approve test procedures prior to submission • Partner with BDMs and SAEs on strategies to capture business, including the development of proposals • Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations and serve as a consultant in their preparation • Provide consultation and support on the execution of major programs with operations teams • Maintain relationships with clients in the maritime and defense services fields • Identify emerging opportunities and stay abreast of evolving standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with testing services in the Navy, maritime and/or defense-related fields • Deep knowledge of Navy testing standards • Experience with U.S. Navy or shipbuilder programs • Ability to review technical documentation for government submission • Ability to collaborate with operational teams, building strong relationships internally as well as externally • Strong customer-facing and business development support skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
