📋 Description

• You independently manage client bookkeeping using the BMD NTCS software — largely paperless and automated. • Ideally you also support us with ongoing payroll processing. • You welcome new clients and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., preparing fee invoices) as well as supporting our marketing activities, such as creating advisory videos, expanding our tax chatbot (tax-gpt) and producing social media posts.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the accounting software BMD NTCS • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a bookkeeper handling multiple clients concurrently • Positive attitude and enjoyment of your work • Friendly manner toward everyone • Openness to continuously simplify and optimize processes • Ideally completed commercial/vocational training (HAK/HAS) or relevant certifications (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter — certified balance sheet accountant, bookkeeping certification)
