📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for analytics and reporting experiences that help marketers measure, compare, and improve performance across their messaging programs • Define the long-term vision for how Attentive surfaces data and insights — from dashboards and visualizations to intelligent, AI-driven recommendations • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data teams to translate quantitative insights and qualitative research into clear, impactful product experiences • Evolve and scale design systems that support complex data visualization, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across surfaces • Prototype and explore future-forward concepts, including predictive analytics, automated insights, and AI-assisted reporting workflows • Mentor and collaborate with other designers, raising the bar for design excellence, storytelling, and systems thinking across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or data-rich environments • Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual storytelling for complex data • Experience designing data visualization systems or tools that turn complexity into clarity • Familiarity with AI-driven experiences or intelligent insights is a strong plus • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with iterative, high-quality execution • You’re energized by helping brands turn information into action — and by designing systems that make performance data meaningful, accessible, and inspiring
