📋 Description

• Run discovery workshops and map current and future processes • Produce fit-gap analyses and Statements of Work • Configure Business Central companies, ledgers, subaccounts, posting rules, inventory, warehouses, lots, serials, projects, tasks, service orders, schedules, and security • Build inquiries/queries, dashboards, KPIs, financial reports, import scenarios, and Report Designer layouts • Integrate through OData/REST for Power BI and automation • Manage data migration, including templates, cleansing, and trial loads • Manage user acceptance testing • Train end users and administrators • Document SOPs and runbooks • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement • Perform ticket triage and maintain an enhancements roadmap • Partner with Sales on scoping and demonstrations • Partner with Product and Engineering on integration and reporting needs • Lead implementations from discovery through hypercare • Shape best practices and mentor clients • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to support client growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in ERP implementations • 2–3+ years hands-on Business Central experience in a functional lead or senior consultant role • Experience leading implementations, fit-gap, scoping, and client training • Strong domain depth in Financials • Experience in at least one of: Distribution, Project Accounting, Field Service • Comfort building Queries, Dashboards, reports, Import Scenarios, and Report Designer layouts • Experience using OData/REST for analytics and automation • Customization/developer skills to create enhancements to Business Central • Excellent stakeholder facilitation, written documentation, and change-management skills • Proven project ownership • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience is advantageous • Microsoft BC Functional Consultant Associate certification is advantageous • Experience with Velixo/Excel reporting, Power BI, and Power Automate is advantageous • Experience in owner-led mid-market services or manufacturing/distribution is advantageous
