📋 Description

• Provide behind-the-scenes support for the consulting team on client technical challenges and projects • Provide NetSuite CSV data import back-office functional support on active projects • Format data templates, confirm accurate data formats, and handle data import functions • Assist consultants in defining and refining saved searches, custom workflows, custom fields, forms, and records • Learn specific products, including accounting impacts, and work toward handling a small portfolio of basic engagements • Collaborate with consulting team members to leverage advanced NetSuite skills • Provide coaching on NetSuite-specific features where appropriate • Participate in special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 yrs hands-on experience in configuration and/or administration of NetSuite • Accounting/Finance/Business background required • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite Import/Export functionality and related mapping functionality • Experience with or knowledge of basic NetSuite Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes • Exceptional oral and written communications skills in English • Ability to establish credibility and foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographically dispersed teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines • CPA is a plus • Experience with NetSuite Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module is preferred • Fluency in Spanish is a plus • Understanding of NetSuite workflows and scheduled scripts is preferred • Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines is preferred
