📋 Description
• Prepare and maintain financial records • Process accounts payable and receivable • Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts • Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking • Prepare monthly financial reports • Support payroll processing • Prepare invoices and monitor client payments • Assist with audits and statutory reporting • Maintain financial documentation and filing systems • Support procurement and contract payment processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce • 3–5 years' accounting or finance experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) • Strong analytical and communication skills
