📋 Description
• Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, pain points, and future goals • Document detailed functional requirements and system design specifications • Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes, including setting up fields, forms, custom records, workflows (SuiteFlow), roles, permissions, and dashboards • Lead or support full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations • Assist with data migration strategies, data cleansing, and mapping from legacy systems into NetSuite • Design and execute functional test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, and regression testing to ensure system integrity and accuracy • Create user training documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth system adoption • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend continuous improvements or new module adoptions to maximize ERP ROI
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant • Deep functional knowledge of core NetSuite modules, including NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management • Proficiency with SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager), saved searches, custom reports, and dashboard creation • Strong understanding of general business processes, particularly in accounting, finance, supply chain, or manufacturing • Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or NetSuite Certified Financial User is a strong plus.
