📋 Description

• Support procurement activities, supplier management, purchasing, contract administration, and project documentation • Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders • Source quotations from suppliers • Maintain supplier databases • Track procurement schedules • Assist contract administration • Maintain contract registers • Monitor insurance, bonds, and warranties • Coordinate contract correspondence • Support project commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field • 3–5 years' procurement or contract administration experience • Good understanding of procurement processes • Strong negotiation and organizational skills • Experience using ERP systems is desirable
