📋 Description

• Perform tasks in fund administration • Close coordination with external service providers such as lawyers, notaries and tax advisors • Responsible for preparing annual financial statements • Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger bookkeeping) • Reviewing, coding and posting incoming and outgoing invoices • Processing payments as well as monitoring open items and dunning procedures • Reconciliation of accounts and resolution of accounting discrepancies • Assistance in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Collaboration with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments • Support in optimizing and digitizing accounting processes • Support in fund reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on economics/business administration or a comparable qualification • Initial practical experience in an accounting team, an audit or tax advisory firm, or a comparable company • Solid understanding of balance sheets, taxation, liquidity management and investments • Confident interaction with external service providers such as tax advisors and lawyers, as well as basic legal knowledge • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1) • Availability for at least 15 hours per week
