📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the Reporting & BI team responsible for operational and client reporting • Develop and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and QA processes • Translate business and billing requirements into actionable reporting solutions • Work cross-functionally with operations, billing leadership, finance, and technology teams • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or workflow improvements • Build scalable reporting processes and dashboards using BI tools and data platforms • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery • Act as a subject matter expert for medical billing data, reporting logic, and operational KPIs • Help shape long-term reporting strategy and operational intelligence initiatives • Assist with transitioning reporting ownership and workflows into the billing organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or medical billing operations • Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, reporting requirements, and revenue cycle concepts • Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred • Experience working with reporting teams, analysts, or operational BI environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and executives • Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting automation tools • Strong organizational and documentation skills
