📋 Description

• Overseeing Audubon's Everglades work by coordinating the efforts of the team of professionals involved in public policy, advocacy, and science in the Greater Everglades Ecosystem. • Building and maintaining critical relationships with state and federal agencies and elected officials. • Coordinating with the Director of Development to appropriately cultivate prospective and existing donors. • Working closely with the state Communications Manager and other staff to develop communications strategies that report on Everglades restoration progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, natural resources, or related field required (Master's or law degree strongly preferred) • 7 years progressive policy or advocacy experience working in the government or non-profit arena • Experience fostering inclusive and collaborative work environments is valued.
