• Lead IBA responsibilities including premium allocations, brokerage handling, and initiation of settlements • Manage BDX & Data Management processes, ensuring reconciliation, validation, and integration with the Data Lake • Oversee Client Money Handling (OA) to ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards • Deliver accurate Accounting & Post-Placement MI, including reconciliations, premium tracking, credit control, and financial reporting • Monitor reinsurer and client performance with structured data controls, enabling insights for analytics, brokers, and client success teams • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Client Solutions to drive accuracy, SLA adherence, and financial process improvement
• Experience in (re)insurance accounting, IBA operations, BDX processing, or client-money governance • Deep understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and regulatory frameworks • Strong analytical capability with comfort using financial or reporting systems • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with structured data
