📋 Description

• Check emails, messages, and project-related notifications each day • Review pending tasks and prioritize them • Discuss new requirements and challenges with the project team • Coordinate with backend and front-end developers and stakeholders • Review code for quality and adherence to best practices • Address bugs and technical debt • Develop and customize Python websites • Create new API endpoints and optimize database queries • Communicate project updates to clients • Test newly implemented features for functionality • Debug issues during testing • Update project management tools • Estimate time for upcoming tasks • Work on architectural design tasks • Solve complex technical challenges • Optimize code for performance • Conduct performance profiling and analysis • Mentor junior/intermediate developers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Python development • Experience with Fast API and Django frameworks • API Development skills • Data Management expertise • Performance & Scalability knowledge • Security and Maintenance skills • UI/UX Implementation capabilities • Testing and Debugging experience • Code quality and best practices adherence • Documentation skills • Client Communication abilities • Deployment and Integration knowledge • Performance Monitoring and Analytics expertise • Mentorship & Leadership • Technical coaching and mentoring skills • Ability to manage workload effectively
