📋 Description

• Deliver Java projects for clients • Work on software development projects • Progressively take on team leadership responsibilities and learn how to run a company • Support clients with software development projects • Build and spin off startups • Work with modern technologies such as AI and quantum computing • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and expert support

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of full-time professional experience in software development • Strong focus on one or more programming languages, such as Java (Spring Boot) or Kotlin • Expert-level proficiency in the programming languages mentioned above • Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Frontend experience with Angular, React, or Vue • Excellent communication skills • Growth mindset • Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development
