🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of full-time professional experience in software development/DevOps • Significant experience with cloud infrastructures and deployment processes • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure) • Strong focus and expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go • Confident communicator who is comfortable interacting with others • Possess a growth mindset and a strong drive for continuous personal and professional development • Convinced that your potential has not yet been fully realized

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary: €70,000 - €72,000 • Target total compensation: €77,000 - €82,000 (revenue share based on your own sales, paid quarterly) • 30 days of vacation • IT equipment of your choice (Mac, Linux, Windows) • A culture of internal knowledge sharing and expert support • Flexible working hours and 95%–100% remote work (depending on client) • Opportunity to work remotely from abroad (CEO was co‑founder of rhome)
