📋 Description

• Conduct internal project, process and systems audits across the business • Assess the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems and identify opportunities for improvement • Prepare audit findings, reports and recommendations, including non-conformities and corrective actions • Support external audits and quality assurance activities as required • Partner with stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and quality-focused outcomes • Provide quality audit support to Aurecon projects through project engagements • Help strengthen Aurecon’s Quality Management Systems and support continuous improvement across the business • Work closely with the Quality Manager and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand • Assess conformance with internal processes, client requirements and ISO 9001

🎯 Requirements

• ISO 9001 Internal Lead Auditor certification • Strong QMS and quality assurance knowledge, including ISO 9001 requirements • Demonstrated quality assurance experience, including internal audits and project auditing • A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills • Ability to prepare clear reports • Clear communication skills • Positive approach to process improvement
