📋 Description

• Partner across Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and Product/Engineering to streamline the quote-to-cash experience and remove friction for internal teams and customers • Ensure all accounts receivable, billing, and collections activities are delivered with precision, timeliness, and a strong focus on the customer • Oversee billing operations for new deals, product launches, contract changes, and non-standard arrangements • Lead customer-facing communication around invoicing, payments, and escalations, fostering a clear and positive experience • Strengthen systems and workflows by supporting the design, testing, and rollout of improvements across billing tools and processes • Manage, coach, and develop an offshore team of two responsible for invoicing, collections, and payment applications across multiple platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections in a SaaS environment • Deep proficiency in Zuora • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and a hands-on approach to problem solving • Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment • A track record of identifying process gaps and implementing scalable, repeatable solutions • Nice to Haves: Experience managing offshore teams, Familiarity with NetSuite, Recurly, Stripe, or Salesforce, Revenue accounting experience
