📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve scalable dbt data models that accurately represent company KPIs and business metrics. • Develop and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. • Partner with Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions. • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable, high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis. • Partner with analytics engineers and analysts to establish dbt and Looker best practices, perform quality assurance on data models and dashboards, and support analytics needs across the organization. • Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that improve business performance, forecasting, and operational decision-making. • Help scope, prioritize, and execute analytics initiatives that deliver measurable value across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar data-focused role using SQL to develop data models and generate business insights. • 2+ years of experience working with dbt and Looker in a production environment. • Strong experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable dbt models and Looker dashboards based on business and performance requirements. • Advanced SQL and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently solve complex data challenges. • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, troubleshoot data issues, and support complex data modeling workflows. • Experience owning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data modeling, validation, quality assurance, and delivery of trusted reporting. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and independently drive projects from concept through implementation.
