📋 Description
• Provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness • Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms • Lead/facilitate support groups and group therapy • Identify social determinants of health needs as part of a multidisciplinary care team
🎯 Requirements
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW in Illinois • Experience with screening for common mental health and/or substance use disorders • Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth
