📋 Description
• Customer contact with added value: You handle incoming inquiries from our business customers—whether by phone or in writing—regarding all aftersales and operational processing topics at first level. • Diverse challenges: Support our dealers on topics such as logistics, document dispatch, payments, and complaints, and work closely with our internal specialist departments. • Teamwork and communication: You are the interface between our customers and the specialist departments and ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently. • Organizational talent required: Maintain and manage our overviews, reports, and customer data with care and accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
• Some experience in customer service is an advantage; ideally you have worked with a ticketing system and telephony software. • You are motivated, work in a structured and careful manner, and are a true team player. • Your strength is communication: you listen actively, are reliable, and always find the right words. • Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are part of your repertoire. • An interest in the automotive sector is a plus but not required.
