• Teil eines dynamischen Sales-Teams im Vertriebsinnendienst sein • Telefonische Gewinnung von Vertriebspartnern und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen • Kunden bei allen Fragen und Anliegen rund um den Autokauf unterstützen • Verkaufsprozess aktiv mitgestalten und kontinuierliche Unterstützung/Coaching vom Teamlead erhalten • Selbstständige Planung des Arbeitstags und eigenverantwortliches Erreichen von KPIs • Regelmäßiges Reporting an den Team Lead
🎯 Requirements
• Erste Erfahrungen im Telesales oder Door-to-Door-Vertrieb • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten • Geschick im aktiven Zuhören • Lösungsorientiertes Denken • Interesse an telefonischem Sales und der Automobilbranche • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
