📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the operational management of our purchasing process and independently oversee the execution of after-sales activities. • Act as the communication hub between dealers and work cross-functionally to support the entire purchasing process. • Ensure timely processing through effective coordination, identify delays and initiate corrective measures. • Support problem resolution within the purchasing process in collaboration with our teams. • Continuously expand your knowledge during your role, take on responsibility and contribute to the optimization of our processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training and initial experience in corporate customer service or customer management. • You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working. • You demonstrate teamwork and a hands-on mentality. • Confident use of Google Sheets or Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; you are articulate and confident in customer-facing situations.
