📋 Description

• Lead and scale Learning Content Production and Learning Experience Design teams • Develop and implement vision and strategies for creating high-quality learning content and experiences • Oversee and direct the activities of functional areas to meet objectives • Engage with senior leadership to align learning strategies with company goals • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven experience in managing content production, instructional design, and learning advisory teams • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and eLearning technologies • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
