• Work hands-on with the development and training of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms • Leverage user behavior and industry trends to deliver highly personalized recommendations • Design and experiment with models and build and deploy them into real-world systems • Collaborate closely with a dedicated mentor and the team to align on machine learning initiatives • Research advancements by reviewing academic papers and analyzing competitive software to inform work • Translate insights from machine learning models into clear, actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a PhD program with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027 • Academic focus in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning or a closely related field • Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments • Strong project management and communication skills.
