📋 Description

• Define and own content templates and structural standards across artifact types (e.g. User Guides, Playbooks, Decision Pathways) • Establish clear patterns for how solutions are structured and presented • Ensure templates are practical, usable, and aligned with real-world consulting scenarios • Continuously refine templates and structures based on production experience and feedback • Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplication, and fragmentation across content • Define how raw consulting artifacts and captured knowledge are transformed into structured, customer-facing content • Partner with Solution Development Managers to ensure all content adheres to defined templates and standards • Review and guide content during production to ensure structural consistency and clarity • Establish reusable patterns and guidance that enable contributors (SMEs, consultants, vendors) to produce consistent outputs • Support development of quality gates related to structure, completeness, and usability • Collaborate with the Knowledge Acquisition Analyst to ensure alignment between captured data structures and content templates • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to ensure content structures align with platform data models and user experience requirements • Ensure content structures support reuse, modularity, and scalability across solutions and industries • Contribute to improving how content is surfaced, navigated, and consumed within the knowledge platform • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and reduce rework through better structural design

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, information architecture, or structured content systems • Experience defining content templates, standards, or structured content frameworks at scale • Strong understanding of how to translate complex domain knowledge into clear, usable formats • Experience working with content platforms or structured data environments • Ability to balance standardization with real-world usability • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts • Bachelor’s degree in communications, information science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
