📋 Description

• Participate in the complete network lifecycle, including architecture, design, validation, deployment, operations, and continuous optimization • Support Autodesk's global network backbone and strategic infrastructure initiatives • Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise network standards • Partner with automation teams to design and implement scalable network operations tools • Automate networking tasks and develop self-service capabilities • Manage and enhance enterprise-scale SASE solutions • Participate in organizational planning and technical strategy discussions • Build and maintain relationships with third-party technology vendors • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across the engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 10–15 years of experience in routing and switching technologies • Knowledge of dark fibre infrastructure and associated networking technologies • Experience managing Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) peering relationships • Experience designing and supporting AWS and Microsoft Azure networking services • Ability to design, secure, automate, and optimize AWS networking infrastructure • Hands-on experience with AWS Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Lambda, Route 53, and VPC • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies, including MPLS, BGP, DNS, and IPsec • Knowledge of firewall technologies, network security configurations, and troubleshooting methodologies • Proven experience working within Agile software development environments • Strong presentation skills for communicating technical policies, proposals, and architectural designs • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset • Ability to manage long-term, milestone-driven projects across multiple teams • CCNA certification preferred • CCNP certification preferred • Experience with Python, Ansible, DevOps methodologies, and infrastructure automation preferred • Experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or equivalent infrastructure-as-code platforms preferred • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or cloud networking environments preferred
