📋 Description

• Orchestrate end-to-end content production pipeline • Intake content requirements from SMEs, product managers, and platform colleagues • Source and manage content contributors across multiple channels • Develop and maintain content briefs, production standards, and quality gates • Manage contributor relationships including scoping, contracting, and quality review • Plan and run customer validation sessions to test published content • Design repeatable validation workflows and standards • Synthesize customer feedback into actionable inputs • Feed validation insights back to product management and content production pipeline • Work with the Content & Knowledge team to understand available knowledge and structure for customer-facing production • Partner with solution product managers to stay aligned on content requirements and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content program management, content operations, professional services delivery, or consulting • Experience managing content production across multiple contributor types • Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers for content or product validation • Strong project and program management skills • Ability to develop clear content standards and quality criteria for both internal and external contributors • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
