📋 Description

• Help drive delivery of the AEC data platform and related services • Work at the center of a diverse team of product owners, engineering management, development leads, researchers, and experience designers • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and customers to understand needs and shape work for delivery team • Report to the Director of Product Management for AEC Data and work alongside peer Product Owners and Product Managers • Design APIs, services, and user interfaces that customers and developers use to access and manage granular data across project lifecycle • Lead grooming, planning, manage product backlog and sprint priorities, create user stories • Document and translate customer, business, and technical requirements into developable work • Leverage analytics and customer feedback, measure business value delivered • Assess releases against acceptance criteria and monitor planned vs actual work • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and mitigate with delivery teams • Serve as day-to-day point of contact supporting Definition of Done/Ready • Escalate gaps to engineering leads and product managers; be comfortable saying “no” to maintain focus • Represent and promote a platform-first mentality in designing, building, and delivering high performing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field • 6+ years of combined experience in development, product ownership, project management, business analysis or other similar roles • Expertise in Agile software methodology • Proficiency in managing concurrent projects and prioritizing between consumer-facing features, requests, and technical needs • Proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation • Excellent communication skills • Experience with cloud-based product development for SaaS solutions • Extensive experience with product delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc. • Preferred: Familiarity with the AEC Industry and related design tools • Preferred: Familiarity with common practices in API design, development, and support • Preferred: Experience with data engineering workflows, data pipeline optimization, and related processes • Preferred: Experience working in a matrixed organization • Preferred: Ability to influence without authority • Preferred: Ability to maintain focus while navigating unknowns • Preferred: Experience operating products at scale and with a strong sense of product-market fit
