📋 Description

• Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures. • Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance. • Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, escalate cases. • Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models. • Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles. • Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations. • Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts. • Ability to manage caseloads independently. • Foundational negotiation skills. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
