📋 Description
• Work closely with clients to develop digital strategies and define criteria for success • Create business value justification for initiatives and prepare to implement solutions • Define approaches to the application of BIM and emerging technologies for MEP projects • Shape the Autodesk Technical Advisory service offering • Build high value client relationships and deliver against the Customer Success Plan • Lead facilitated workshops with Autodesk customers to identify solution opportunities • Define and track the value of solutions delivered to customers • Develop the Autodesk Consulting brand through industry events and publications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related degree • Must have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Buildings - MEP industry (Autodesk products highly preferred – Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud) • Must have at least 3 years of experience working on business improvement initiatives that leverage the implementation of digital solutions • Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications • Demonstrate ability to facilitate customer workshops leveraging a variety of techniques • Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering effective presentations to teams and customers • Willingness to travel up to 30% to Autodesk events and customer meetings
