📋 Description

• Manage multiple medium to large projects, or programs of work, at a time • Lead the execution and completion of all consulting services for customers • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet customer expectations • Maintain communication amongst account team and project team members, lead project review meetings • Translate project scope and vision into clear goals for the team • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project control tools using standard PM and PSA software • Comply with internal reporting standards and practices • Perform project plan analysis and evaluate risk and develop risk mitigation plans • Support sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for solution • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years experience as a project manager, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field • PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects that ultimately go into production within cost/schedule constraints • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team of technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and other project managers • An ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations • You demonstrate coaching and leadership skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
