📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational finance support to the EMEA Renewal Director • Collaborate with EMEA Renewal leadership team on EMEA Sales Capacity Planning • Partner with Sales leaders, Operation, Business Analytics, and Commission teams • Review, audit and approve quota attainment • Develop ROI analysis to track financial impact • Support quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and ad-hoc analysis • Reinforce internal control with the sales team • Deliver high standard quality and accuracy in all finance support activities

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, or economics • MBA or ACCA/CPA a plus • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, PowerBI, Sigma) • Experience with data analysis tools or languages; ability to write SQL queries in Snowflake is a plus • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and strong team player
