📋 Description
• We’re seeking a Senior Experience Designer to help shape the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform. This is an integral role providing product design expertise utilized across the Autodesk ecosystem. • You will design and refine product experiences for the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform tools • You will lead cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving efforts, involving multiple complex systems and multiple stakeholders • You will synthesize feedback and requirements, extend and create net new patterns and concepts, and advocate for customer-focused solutions • You will conduct research and leverage data to guide decision-making • You will have a thorough understanding customer needs, technical capabilities, context, and business objectives
🎯 Requirements
• You have a proven track record of designing and delivering best-in-class experiences • You are a systems thinker • You are an effective communicator and adept at cross-functional collaboration • You have a solid understanding of human-centered practices and activities • You have experience working with AI platforms and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, Hugging Face, Cursor, Replit, DialogFlow, VoiceFlow, or n8n • You’ve received a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • You have 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field • You stay up to date with trends and advancements in UX and AI • You have experience working as part of a platform team or environment • You’re proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer • You’ve received a master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
