📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technical programs • Define clear charters and maintain execution cadence • Align and sequence backlogs across services • Manage dependencies and RAID items • Ensure disciplined CI/CD and release practices • Identify and mitigate risks early • Elevate planning rigor through capacity planning • Establish operational standards to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in PM roles delivering complex, multi-team software programs • Strong preference for engineering/SRE background or deeply technical TPM experience • Expert in scaled Scrum/Agile • Proven hands-on with CI/CD • Track record in security/compliance/regionalization initiatives • Skilled in RAID/dependency leadership • Proficient in Jira/Confluence, CI/CD/observability tools
