📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-complexity automations with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability • Perform technical process analysis and propose feasible solutions aligned with best practices • Support the definition of technical standards and reuse of components across team automations • Participate in technical reviews and mentor less-experienced colleagues • Collaborate with business and technology teams to map requirements and validate deliveries • Monitor and enhance existing automations with a focus on operational efficiency • Perform other related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Technology, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields • Proven experience developing with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) • Strong command of programming logic and system integrations (APIs, databases, files, etc.) • Knowledge of best practices for version control, testing, and technical documentation • Ability to propose improvements and provide technical guidance to peers • Experience in large-scale automation projects or projects involving multiple systems is desirable
