📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the performance and success of your store and your team • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service • Lead and coach staff in accordance with leadership standards • Inspect technical equipment for proper functionality and, where necessary, initiate appropriate measures to restore operation • Create staff schedules and ensure optimal shift coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and at least 4 years of leadership experience in the chain restaurant/foodservice sector • Independent, entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting • Passion for the world of coffee • Commercial and operational know-how • High self-motivation, strong communication skills, and team orientation with the ability to assert yourself • Confidence in working with people from diverse nationalities • Good German and English skills • Willingness to work in a two-shift system and to work on weekends and public holidays
