📋 Description

• Strategic management and development of a dedicated client portfolio • Proactive identification of growth opportunities and cross-/upselling potential • Independent ownership of pitches, proposal processes, and tenders • Ensuring high client satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication • Close collaboration with internal specialized departments • Preparation and presentation of reporting for clients • Contract and pricing negotiations • Relationship management at decision-maker level • Representation at events, client meetings, and industry conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting) • Strong rhetorical skills, excellent communication, and confident presence • Commercial awareness and ability to provide strategic advice • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies • Fluent German (C2) in speaking and writing; good English is an advantage • Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style • Willingness to engage proactively in direct client contact • Open to hybrid work and willing to work at least 2 days per week at one of our locations
