⢠Strategic management and development of a dedicated client portfolio ⢠Proactive identification of growth opportunities and cross-/upselling potential ⢠Independent ownership of pitches, proposal processes, and tenders ⢠Ensuring high client satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication ⢠Close collaboration with internal specialized departments ⢠Preparation and presentation of reporting for clients ⢠Contract and pricing negotiations ⢠Relationship management at decision-maker level ⢠Representation at events, client meetings, and industry conferences
⢠Several years of experience in the digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting) ⢠Strong rhetorical skills, excellent communication, and confident presence ⢠Commercial awareness and ability to provide strategic advice ⢠Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies ⢠Fluent German (C2) in speaking and writing; good English is an advantage ⢠Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style ⢠Willingness to engage proactively in direct client contact ⢠Open to hybrid work and willing to work at least 2 days per week at one of our locations
