📋 Description

• Guide customers through AWS billing and usage data, explaining key insights and trends • Review customers' cloud consumption and identify cost optimization opportunities • Use internal and external tools to establish budgets, track usage patterns, and identify spending anomalies • Convert cloud usage data into actionable recommendations and follow up on their impact • Create and present clear reports and dashboards • Support onboarding of new customers into Automat-it's FinOps services • Complete initial learning period, including AWS Practitioner certification, before gradually managing customers and complex FinOps projects

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills • Ability to learn AWS cloud architecture and services • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent organizational and task management skills • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and task management systems • Ability to work with data, spot trends, and draw practical conclusions • Ability to translate reports into simple insights and actionable recommendations • Experience with AI-powered tools (AWS Cost Anomaly Detection, AI features in cost management platforms) — advantage • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, or Big Data — advantage • Understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and basic architecture concepts — advantage • Submit CV in English
