📋 Description
• Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate high-value automation ideas • Evaluate current business processes for automation and agentic opportunities • Develop automation and agentic process flows, specify AI agents/skills, and design user interfaces • Build and deploy automations and agents using the Automation Success Platform (Automation 360) • Engage with stakeholders to validate designs, demo completed automations, and create solution artifacts for pre-sales • Assess AI requirements, evaluate market tools, and advise on new AI tools/models
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field • 10+ years of overall work experience with expertise in automation, agentic technologies (A360, Enterprise Knowledge, Doc. Auto, etc.) • Hands-on experience in process mapping and automation design • Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications • Strong communication and leadership skills • Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies
