📋 Description

• Provide direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions • Deliver superior customer service and respond to inquiries from customers • Structure loans and pitch optional coverages to borrowers • Manage the loan through different steps to ensure funding • Prepare loans for contracting process and review electronic documents • Handle various statuses of loans and fix errors promptly • Interact with customers to understand their needs • Facilitate the loan application process and ensure documentation is completed • Maintain deep understanding of products to offer additional options • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience • Adhere to regulatory and company policies for compliance • Manage and maintain an organized pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent required • Associates or bachelor’s degree highly preferred • Ability to speak read and write fluent English • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company • Excellent presentation skills • Basic computation skills • High Level of Organization • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, with intermediate Excel ability • Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms • Experience with CRMs preferred
