• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer support experience or in a similar role • Strong problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal • Familiarity with smartphone technology and web-based applications preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change • Track record of working in both a team environment and independently • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking abilities • Motivated to learn and takes initiative
