📋 Description

• Inspire high creative standards through your own work • Develop and direct concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns • Take a creative leadership role on brands and projects • Present as an authority on current creative thinking • Build strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues • Champion the power of creativity and company culture • Supervise, mentor, and train junior members of staff • Constructively challenge and inspire others in creative ideation • Play a pivotal role in growing the agency • Suggest new business initiatives and follow through on them • Show good understanding of commercial aspects of the business • Take lead on new business pitch work

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a creative role within a recognised healthcare advertising agency • Medical Device experience a plus • Show entrepreneurial spirit in exploring new creative opportunities • Keen to help shape and improve our offering and ways of working • Able to build a clear and compelling narrative through concept presentations • You are keen to explore new ways of doing things • You understand the value of different communication platforms and design tools • MUST BE PROFICIENT IN FIGMA • Evidence of mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration
