📋 Description

• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions • Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations • Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items • Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)--Required • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)--Highly desired • Project Management Professional (PMP)--Highly desired • Experience working in the Health and human Services industry--Required • 16 Years Demonstrated ability to develop mid to long-range implementation and/or enhancement plans--Required • 10 Years Knowledge of District of Columbia health and human services programs and policies--Required • 5 Years Experience working in a professional setting including consulting, project management, and/or change management--Required • 10 Years Experience utilizing industry standard project management tools--Required • 10 Years Experience with stakeholder management--Required • 6 Years Experience driving and reporting on the complete lifecycle of a project (particular reference to IT and Healthcare)--Required • 10 Years Experience defining and implementation business process flows--Required • 10 Years Experience in requirements gathering, (particular reference to business/program requirements for an SDLC)--Required • 10 Years 16+ yrs in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment--Required • 16 Years 16+ yrs managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle--Required • Master’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience--Highly desired
