📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts on Dynamics 365 projects • Drive the collection of business requirements and ensure they are clearly understood • Oversee functional design and ensure the quality of deliverables • Define and monitor priorities in line with project objectives and client expectations • Serve as the interface between business, functional, and technical teams • Contribute to solution decisions and challenge requirements to maximize delivered value • Contribute to overall delivery management, including planning, risk, and quality • Support testing, deployment, and change management activities • Contribute to client relationships and project governance meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Experience leading a team or coordinating functional activities • Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing, or Project Accounting • Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation projects • Ability to work effectively in complex, international environments • Natural leadership skills and the ability to bring people together • Excellent communication skills • Fluency in French and English
