• We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Web Site Designer to take ownership of designing and launching a suite of websites across multiple brands and businesses. • This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute quickly, requires minimal oversight, and understands how to balance performance, aesthetics, and brand coherence. • You will be responsible for translating high-level direction into functioning websites using modern tools and platforms (e.g. Webflow, Wix, or custom-coded frontends where necessary). • Responsibilities: • Design, build, and launch multiple brand websites (3–6+). • Collaborate on content, structure, and design direction. • Choose and implement appropriate CMS or tech stack (based on business need). • Ensure responsive design and basic SEO best practices. • Integrate essential features: lead forms, contact pages, newsletter signup, analytics, etc. • Manage and document hosting/domain/DNS setup and handoff. • Provide ongoing support for updates or changes (optional/negotiable).
🎯 Requirements
• Strong portfolio of clean, responsive, modern websites. • Proficiency with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Wix, or custom code (HTML/CSS/JS). • Ability to work fast and independently with minimal guidance. • Strong communication and time management skills. • UX sensibility and ability to interpret brand tone visually. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, email integrations, and SEO basics. • Bonus if you have: • Experience managing multi-brand portfolios or working with founders. • Light branding or graphic design skills. • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Airtable. • Understanding of marketing funnels or conversion design.
