📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Americas EHS&S strategy, ensuring alignment with global EHS&S objectives • Provide leadership and direction to regional EHS&S teams • Ensure consistent compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations • Lead design and implementation of programs that strengthen safety culture • Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance environmental, health, and safety performance • Direct emergency preparedness, business continuity, and crisis management efforts • Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership teams • Advance sustainability and ESG initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field • 10–15+ years of EHS experience • Multi-site and multi-country experience required • Strong regulatory knowledge across America • Proven leadership and cultural transformation experience • Preferred Certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
