📋 Description
• Draft, review, and revise agreements including form agreements • Advise on complex IT vendor agreements and digital product contracting efforts • Develop playbooks and templates for consistent legal review • Assist with the review of data processing agreements • Coordinate contract negotiation with cross-departmental functions
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 - 10 years applicable professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department • Experience handling multiple matters at the same time • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical legal guidance • Demonstrates excellent judgment and collaboration • JD required from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the bar of at least one US State
