📋 Description

• Develop and execute EHS&S strategies across the Americas • Drive regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, sustainability objectives, and business performance • Provide leadership to regional EHS&S teams • Ensure consistent compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field • 10–15+ years of EHS experience • Multi-site and multi-country experience required • Strong regulatory knowledge across America • Proven leadership and cultural transformation experience • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) preferred
