• Provide analytical and consultative support on executive and equity compensation matters • Manage execution of annual and off cycle equity grant processes • Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) • Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analyses • Support the drafting of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) section of the Company’s proxy statement
• College degree or equivalent experience required • Extensive experience in compensation, with a strong focus on executive compensation and equity programs • Advanced knowledge of executive compensation and equity program design • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence senior management
